Privacy Policy
AI3 Inc. (the "Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, and maintains the following Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of users of Wisdombase (the "Service").
1. Personal Information We Collect and How
- At sign-up: email address, name, password (stored encrypted)
- Automatically while using the Service: access logs, browser information, usage records
- Content such as documents that users upload themselves
2. Purposes of Use
- Providing the Service, including identifying members and signing them in
- Performing features users request, such as document conversion, search and integrations
- Keeping the Service stable and preventing abuse
- Responding to inquiries and delivering notices
3. Retention Period
When a member closes their account, we destroy their personal information without delay. Where applicable law requires retention, we keep the information for the period the law specifies and then destroy it.
4. Handling of Content
- Original files uploaded for conversion are deleted as soon as text extraction is complete.
- Document chunks and embedding values generated for search are stored encrypted.
- When a user deletes a page or knowledge base, the related text, index and embeddings are deleted with it.
- Customer Content is not used to train artificial intelligence models.
5. Outsourcing of Processing
To the extent necessary to provide the Service, the Company may outsource document conversion, AI processing and infrastructure operations to specialized providers in Korea or abroad, and sets out in contract the measures required to keep personal information secure. Changes to outsourced providers are announced through this Policy.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company does not disclose personal information to third parties except with the user's consent or where required by law.
7. Users’ Rights
Users may at any time view or correct their personal information, or request that its processing be suspended or that it be deleted, through the account screen in the Service or via the contact below.
8. Security Measures
- Encrypted password storage and encryption in transit (HTTPS)
- Encryption of stored data such as document chunks and embeddings
- Least-privilege access and access logging
9. Use of Cookies
The Company uses minimal cookies to keep users signed in. Users may refuse cookies in their browser settings, but features that require sign-in may then be limited.

11. Changes to This Policy
