Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between AI3 Inc. (the "Company") and users with respect to the use of Wisdombase (the "Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "User" means an individual or legal entity that uses the Service under these Terms.
- "Content" means any material — documents, images, text or otherwise — that a User uploads to or creates in the Service.
- "Knowledge base" means a unit composed of a User's Content for which the Service provides search, viewing and integration features.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
These Terms take effect when posted within the Service. The Company may amend the Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, and will give advance notice of the effective date and the changes within the Service. A User who does not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Service and close their account.
Article 4 (Formation of the Service Agreement)
The service agreement is formed when a User agrees to these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts the application. The Company may decline applications that misuse another person's information or are likely to disrupt the operation of the Service.
Article 5 (Provision of the Service)
The Company provides features including document conversion and structuring, search, public/private settings for knowledge bases, and integration with external AI tools. The Company may add or change features to improve the Service, and will give advance notice of material changes.
Article 6 (Rights to and Responsibility for Content)
- Rights to Content uploaded by a User remain with the User. The Company claims no ownership.
- The Company processes Content only to the extent necessary to provide the Service (storage, conversion, indexing, display and transmission).
- The Company does not use Users' Content to train artificial intelligence models.
- Users must not upload Content that infringes third-party rights or violates the law, and are responsible for any such Content.
Article 7 (User Obligations)
Users must manage their own account credentials and access keys, and must not interfere with the normal operation of the Service, infringe the rights of others, or violate applicable law.
Article 8 (Suspension of the Service)
The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for unavoidable reasons such as equipment inspection or replacement, network failure, or force majeure, and will give advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
Article 9 (Termination)
Users may close their account at any time through the Service. When a User deletes Content or a knowledge base, the related data is deleted without delay, and is retained only for the period required where applicable law requires retention.
Article 10 (Fees and Billing)
Paid features and their fees are shown on the pricing page, and any feature that incurs a charge is clearly indicated before use. Paid plans renew automatically at the chosen interval (monthly or yearly) using the registered payment method, and Users may turn off auto-renewal at any time. After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the period already paid for, after which the account moves to the free plan. Knowledge bases that a User set to private never become public because a plan is downgraded or expires. If no paid feature has been used within 7 days of payment, a refund may be requested in accordance with applicable law. Prices in Korean won include VAT; other currencies follow the payment processor's policies.
Article 10-2 (Data Export)
Regardless of plan, Users may download an entire knowledge base as a bundle of Markdown files at any time, and the Company provides this free of charge.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not liable for outcomes arising from information obtained through the Service or from answers given by artificial intelligence tools, except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to use of the Service are subject to the courts having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
